Independent software field guide for mobile auto detailers

ABOUT DETAILER STACK

Software decisions for detailers who run lean.

Detailer Stack translates software features into the jobs, handoffs, and costs that matter to a solo mobile detailer or small crew.

Why the site exists

Most software pages are written to sell a product, and many “best software” lists are published by one of the vendors being ranked. A new operator still has to work out which plan can collect a deposit, price an SUV differently from a sedan, hold condition photos, organize a mobile route, and trigger the next maintenance detail.

Detailer Stack exists to make that translation. We use one repeatable mobile-detailing workflow and compare the evidence that vendors publish against it.

Our perspective

The publication is built from a software-development perspective, not from a claim that we operate a detailing shop. That means we are comfortable reading pricing matrices, mapping data handoffs, identifying plan limits, and turning feature pages into practical test cases.

Research coverage is labeled as research. A product is never described as hands-on tested until it has actually completed the published test workflow.

What readers can expect

  • No vendor can buy a ranking or score.
  • Prices are dated and linked to official sources.
  • Affiliate relationships are disclosed near the recommendation.
  • Research and hands-on testing are never presented as the same thing.
  • Recommendations are written for US solo operators and one-to-five person crews unless stated otherwise.
